Cessna 172M

The Cessna 172M Skyhawk is a version of the popular Cessna 172 training aircraft, manufactured between 1973 and 1976. Equipped with a 150 HP Lycoming O-320-E2D engine, the M model introduced improvements such as the “drooped” wing leading edge for improved low-speed handling, marketed as the “camber-lift” wing. It is a single-engine, high-wing aircraft with fixed landing gear, widely used for pilot training due to its stable and forgiving flight characteristics. The 172M maintains the reputation for reliability and ease of operation that has made the Cessna 172 the most produced aircraft in aviation history.
